The company couldn’t provide a clear sales plan for our property and failed to deliver on promised marketing efforts. Their agents were utterly uninterested and lacked understanding of the market. We experienced a breach of confidentiality as the company disclosed our personal information. They didn’t honor promised warranties and refused to address the damage to our property. The company used unethical practices to push us into a deal, which was completely unethical.
I question the ethics of this agency. Their business practices are shady, to say the least.
