  1. I bought a Peugeot from JJ Premium Cars for my daughter and she loves it! Which as a mum is lovely to see 😊 Buying the car remotely was very easy and it was delivered quickly when they said it would be. It does feel like a bit of a risk buying remotely but it definitely paid off for us, the car arrived exactly as described and very clean.

  2. Everything went really well with my experience at this dealership. I bought an Insignia and I was able to part exchange my old car non the same day, there was no backwards and forwards to the dealership and I found this to be of great convenience. All of this went really smoothly as well and there were no problems throughout the process. My Insignia has been a welcome upgrade and I am very happy with it.

  3. I bought a Jaguar XE from JJ Premium Cars and it has been doing really well (touch wood of course!) The customer service I got throughout was pretty good too! I never give five stars but these guys are really close so they get four from me!

  4. JJ Premium went above and beyond for me! Due to my working hours I was really struggling to get down to the dealership while they were open so one of the kind gentlemen came in on his day off for me. Despite him being with me ‘out of hours’ I felt like I still got the full experience. I wasn’t rushed and he patiently answered all my questions. After the purchase of the A3 I unfortunately did notice a problem with it but they resolved this really quickly for me and since then its been perfect. I couldn’t have asked for better service during and after the purchase.

  5. My Astra is completely fine and I am very much enjoying driving it. I dealt with Troy and he was really helpful and made me feel like a priory while I was buying the car, he took the time to listen to me and explained everything clearly. There is nothing that could have been improved. After the purchase Troy sent me a card to congratulate me on my new car… what a lovely personal touch! I have never experienced that before. I haven’t had any issues with the Astra since the purchase but I feel like if I were to I would be well looked after. All I would have to do was call and they wouldn’t leave me in the dark.

  6. Nice dealership with a good choice of cars. In my experience I was able to take my time and have a good look round. Staff weren’t pushy. Buying process easy. Can’t fault them – five stars.
